BUY FEE:

A non refundable engagement fee of $2,000 is payable to cover our initial costs incurred for our services and insures we have a committed buyer.

This fee is deductable from the total fee payable at settlement of the property.

 Buyers service fee: 1% (GST included) of the purchase price of the property up to $1,000,000 and .5% thereafter.

Minimum fee: $4,000.

SEARCH & BUY FEE:

This fee is deductable from the total fee payable at settlement of the property.

Search & Buy Fee: 2% (GST included) of the purchase price of the property up to $1,000,000 and .5 thereafter.

Minimum fee $6,000

 PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

A project management fee is payable to O'Reilly Property Investments Pty Ltd for development projects.

Project management / development fees are based on level of complexities of project.

PROPERTY MARKETING 

A commission of 2.5% is charged for property marketing /sales.
